Based on the Prime Ministers sobering speech last night. We are as a business and individually doing all we can to limit the spread of the virus. This is a challenging time for all businesses, and I and my team would like to say a huge “thank you” to our clients. Some of you have been with us for with us for the last 18 years and others at the beginning of what we hope will be a long working relationship – either way I want you know that we are here for you.
In terms of our support, we are continuing to work in a “business as usual” stance, although our staff are working diligently to keep up with the demand of support calls, as businesses make the move to home working. We have managed to transition many clients through this process. We have now completely deployed our home working strategy for the last 12 months, which allows us to manage your support calls and enquiries with no interruption.
Outside of our normal working relationship however, I would like to extend an offer to get in touch with me at any time, day or night.
