Software Annual Support
We provide full-time telephone support help lines for all our customers, manned by experienced staff, during support hours. We also offer online help at no additional cost. Our ability to instantly remotely connect to your computers and servers and fix problems online may become invaluable to your business. We endeavour to resolve the majority of queries within 1 hour. Together with software upgrades from Sage this service ensures that your Sage system will continue to serve you for many years to come.

Our Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
The Sage Annual Support Contract is broken down into 2 areas. Annual Telephone Support via Century Software and The Sage Annual Licence Plan (SALP) which is a renewable licence to use the Sage products.
Under the licence, users are entitled to:
- Continued use of your Sage software for 12 months.
- Free Software Upgrades – Upgrade your Sage software to the latest version free of charge allowing your business to benefit from new functionality.
- Free maintenance revisions for your program, featuring enhancements and legislative changes.
