Software Annual Support

We provide full-time telephone support help lines for all our customers, and our manned by experienced staff. For clients who have internet access we also offer on-line help at no additional cost. We endeavour to resolve 99% of queries within 1 hour. Together with software upgrades from Sage this service ensures that your Sage system will continue to serve you for many years to come.

Our Support Hours:  Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding Bank Holidays)

Sage Software
The Sage Annual Support Contract is broken down into 2 areas.  Annual Telephone Support via Century Software and The Sage Annual Licence Plan (SALP) which is a renewable licence to use the Sage products.

Under the licence, users are entitled to:

  • Continued use of your Sage software for 12 months.
  • Free Software Upgrades - Upgrade your Sage software to the latest version free of charge allowing your business to benefit from new functionality.
  • Free maintenance revisions for your program, featuring enhancements and legislative changes.
