Information is updated live from your accounts and commercial data and is presented within the familiar Microsoft Excel environment. Sage 200 Bill of Materials (BOM) is designed for businesses involved in light assembly, that do not require the full complexity of the manufacturing module. It breaks down the manufacturing operation into easy to access areas, including materials, labour, machines, operations and reporting.

Sage 200 BOM was fully re-written in 2010 and now resembles the BOM module present in the higher-end Sage 200 Manufacturing system, giving improved control and flexibility to support your working practices. In 2011 Sage 200 BOM has been improved upon even further and sees the addition of a new BOM workspace as well as a new BOM costing analysis tool, which will allow customers to compare actual and projected costs. Customers are also now able amend or reverse BOMs built in error, improving the usability of BOM module.

Sage 200 Manufacturing gives companies greater control over their manufacturing processes through effective scheduling of work, close tracking of resource utilisation and improved business analysis.   • Triangulation in the EC Sales List - You can specify when a foreign currency invoice or credit note is part of a triangulated transaction.

  • Archive Projects - Once you have finished a project, you can choose to archive it.

  • BI for Project Accounting - You can use Business Intelligence to analyse your Project Accounting data.

  • Aged Debt and Aged Credit cubes - The Aged Debt and Aged Credit cubes in BI now report all transaction types; Invoices, Credit Notes, Payments and Receipts.
