eFurniture by Soft-Naert

Soft-Naert is a Belgian software house formed in 1980 specializing in the development of vertical ERP programs tailored for different typology of companies in manufacturing, distribution and consulting services. Operating using the most advanced programming languages, they dedicate a large part of their turnover in R&D since all the programs they market are developed internally. Century Software have joined forces with Soft Naert to bring eFurniture to the UK Marketplace.

eFurniture, specific ERP software designed for furniture retailers
Since 2003 Soft-Naert has distributed eFurniture, a complete vertical program specifically designed for furniture resellers with one or more POS (Point of Sale) system and warehouses. This package is the result of several years of development in coordination with major clients in the furniture business. Thanks to the perfect mix between our knowhow and their deep knowledge of the business, we developed a complete and intuitive program that resolves the majority of operational software problems of furniture retailers.

How can eFurniture increase the performance of your company?
eFurniture was developed in cooperation with a large Belgian retail group therefore all the possible aspects and business peculiarity have been analysed and a solution was developed. The structure of the windows, menus and sequence of actions follows the logical format of a furniture POS system.

Living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kid's room, etc. are areas to be managed in a specific way. A careful follow up of the different flows is essential, from the creation of the sale followed by the purchase order to the creation of an up to date catalogue with correct stock and prices. Operating in a competitive market cost cutting and the constant customer interaction are key factors for business success.

Thanks to our constant effort today eFurniture is a tested and reliable program which is able to meet all the customer's requirements regardless of the size, number of branches or legal entity (owned single POS, multi-store group, franchising, etc.)

eFurniture grows with you and your business!
Our software is composed by a basic module and a number of optional modules; in this way, step by step, eFurniture will adapt to your needs.

The base module includes:
Complete stock, stock group of articles and prices management, customer and suppliers order follow up, bids and quotes, advanced and full payments, stock and inventory control, invoicing, historical data management, customer and suppliers mailing, gift certificates, employees and salesperson management, password and authorization management.

Various other modules can be added:
Customer monitoring, counter sales management, cash point management, advanced sales statistics, planning pick up / deliveries, supplier invoices check, showroom management, printing labels in any format and catalogues management.
